YourAwesomeTech LLC, doing business as Your Awesome Tech ("we", "us"), is a Florida limited liability company located at 800 SE 4th Ave, Suite 101, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. We collect information you give us directly, for example when you request a free audit, book a call, sign a proposal or email us. This may include your name, business name, phone number, email address, website address and anything you write to us.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site. This comes from cookies and similar tools used to run, secure and measure the site.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your audit request, appointments, customer support and our services. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our site, our website host and our form provider use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, prevent spam and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Examples: our CRM, website and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), payment processing (Stripe), email and documents (Google Workspace), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta), and hosting providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
When we run a website, CRM or messaging system for a client business, we handle that business's customer information on the client's behalf and only on its instructions. The client decides how that information is used, and the client's own privacy policy applies. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please send requests about your information to that business.
We keep lead and client records for as long as needed to provide services and for up to 7 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes, unless the law requires a different period. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, two-factor sign-in on our business accounts and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
